IGolf provides the golfing community many valuable services including course GPS data for Bushnell and Expresso devices, tee time booking, and handicap tracking. Browser not supported iGolf.com is compatible with most modern web browsers.

  • Q: I forgot my Bushnell.iGolf.com password? A: There is a 'Forgot Password' link in the bottom right of the website www.bushnell.igolf.com Or contact our GPS software partner, iGolf, using the information below to reset your password.
  • Return to and log in. Select the Search Courses button to proceed with installing the iGolf Sync Application and downloading courses. Return to the web browser and select the CONTINUE button at the bottom of the page. The sync app will be initialized if installed properly.


Download And Install The igMember App

  1. On your phone login into your Golf Clubs Website
  2. Select Menu > My Golf > Preferences
  3. Select either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store link to suit your device
  4. Follow the Store Instructions to install the App


Sync The App To Your Golf Clubs Member Account

Method 1 - Using a separate PC or MAC

  1. Login into your golf club website on a PC or MAC
  2. Go to - My Golf > Preferences
  3. Select - Pair Your Device
  4. Select - Enable & Show Me The Link
  5. Scroll down until you can see a barcode
  6. In the App - Scroll to the left and click on the barcode
  7. Scan the barcode that is displayed on the screen


Method 2 - Directly on your Mobile Device

Reset Pairing / Unlink the device by PC / MAC

  1. In the igMember App navigate to the Settings page by pressing the COG icon in the top left-hand corner
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and press the Remove All Clubs option
  3. Login to your golf club website on a PC or MAC
  4. Go to My Golf > Preferences
  5. Scroll Down and you will see a box that says 'Reset Pairing / Unlink Your Devices'
  6. Click on this box
  7. Open the App on your phone/tablet
  8. Scroll left or right until you see the QR Code page
  9. Click on the QR Code in the App
  10. This will open up the camera on your phone/tablet
  11. Capture the barcode that is displayed on the Webpage on your PC or MAC
  12. This will log you back into your account

Reset Pairing / Unlink the device by phone/tablet

  1. In the igMember App navigate to the Settings page by pressing the COG icon in the top left-hand corner
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and press the Remove All Clubs option
  3. Login to your golf club website on your phone/tablet
  4. Go to My Golf > Preferences
  5. Scroll Down and you will see a box that says 'Reset Pairing / Unlink Your Devices'
  6. Click on this box
  7. This will reset any App Pairings that you currently have
  8. Pull down on the webpage to refresh it
  9. Now scroll down and click on the button that states 'Pair with your phone'
  10. This should now log you into the igMember App

I am a member of more than one club can I sync them all to my App?

Yes you can, follow either of the following

  1. Login into your alternative golf clubs website on your mobile device
  2. Go to - My Golf > Preferences
  3. Select - Pair Your Device
  4. Select - Enable & Show Me The Link
  5. Select - Pair with your phone

Download Individual Calendar Events To Your Personal Calendar

  1. Select the Calendar Icon in the Top Right Hand Corner of the home page
  2. Select the 3 Horizontal Dots on the day with the event you want to import
  3. Select the Event you want to import
  4. Select the Calendar you want the Event to be imported to
  5. Save the Event

I have paid the igMember App subscription but the App still has locked areas

First, check that you have an active subscription

If you do have an active subscription to your chosen vendor you need to restore the subscription

  1. Click on any of the locked areas.
  2. This will open a page within the App that has a 'Restore Subscription' button at the bottom of it.
  3. Click this and it should restore your full access to the app.


Pair an iPad

  1. From the home page open the 'Settings' app
  2. Select 'Safari'
  3. Navigate to 'Settings for websites'
  4. Open 'Request Desktop Websites'
  5. Turn the 'All Websites' option 'OFF'
  6. Go to your Golf Clubs Website in Safari
  7. Login
  8. Go to My Golf > Preferences
  9. Select 'Pair your device'
  10. Select 'Enable & Show me the link / QR Code'
  11. Select 'Pair with your iPhone'

Your igMember App should now be paired with your Golf Club Account

Feel free to turn the Request Desktop Websites back to its default setting if you wish.

How do I turn location services on

You should have allowed this during the initial setup but if you selected NO you can turn it on manually by following these instructions

Apple - From the Device Home Page > Settings > igMember > While Using The App

Android - Phone Settings > Apps > igMember > Permissions > Location > Allow

Can I use the igMember App for General Play Scoring

Yes, however you can only use the App to enter General Play Scores at a club that you are a member of

How do I submit a general play score at a course where I am not a member?
  1. Register the round and enter it into the clubs touchscreen terminal
  2. Return the scorecard back to your home club who can enter the score directly into the WHS platform on your behalf
  3. Use your Nations Golf app

I cannot view my Handicap Record in the App 'Error connecting to WHS Platform'

The home nation's will not allow a players record to be shown in 3rd party sortware unless you have provided them with your email address and DOB

  1. From your Golf Clubs members areas got to My Golf > My Rounds
  2. Click the 'WHS Data Privacy' button
  3. Enter your details
  4. Tick the confirmation box
  5. Send the data

Q. I have no sound, is there a problem with the app?

A. No, but there is a known issue with the iPad if you use the button on the side as a scroll lock. (You can test the sound with headphones).

There is a mute switch on both the iPad 2 and 3, it is located directly above the volume button on the side. This switch also doubles as a rotation lock, depending on what option is set in Settings->General.

The issue is with the configuration of this switch, the steps to reproduce (and fix) is below:

1. Open Settings->General and take note of the option selected under “use side switch to:” (you need to scroll down a bit).
2. Change the switch on the side so that it is on (orange dot showing).
3. Change the selection in “use side switch to:” to mute.
4. Change the switch on the side so that it is off (orange dot not showing)
5. Try to rotate your iPad….the screen will not rotate!
6. Run either of the Gary Smith apps and you will have sound.
7. To fix the rotation leave the switch on the side off, then change the selection in “use side switch to:” back to rotation.
Everything should work as normal then.

Basically, if the setting is changed when the switch is on, you will have issues.

Q. Why are there two versions of the app? Are they different?

A. The content is the same, but in the free app you get a sample of the tecnique (bunker play video), and can pay for the other lessons individually. In the full version app, you get all the videos for a discount.

Q. I have no sound, is there a problem with the app?

A. No, but there is a know issue with the iPad, see Q1 from the Golf Monthly app!

3. SwingPlane and SwingPlane HD

Q. Is there an instruction manual for the app?

Q. How do I get the split screen view?

A. Info is on the manual (link above), but swipe a video from left to right in the video list, when it turns blue swipe the second video (these can be in separate folders). The videos will open after you select the second one.

Q. How do I delete the lines?

A. Info is on the manual (link above), but swipe two fingers from the left edge of the screen to delete all of the shapes. Shake the phone to delete just the last one drawn (and again to delete the one before that too).

Q. How do I get videos into the app from the videos folder?

A. You need to get the videos into your camera roll on your iPad (not the videos app).

You can do this through iTunes, import/copy the videos into a folder on your mac/pc, add this folder to iphoto, then go to iTunes, sync, and check the include videos checkbox under photos tab then sync your iPad.

If you have swingplane on your iPhone then you can transfer direct from the app over local wifi if your router supports bonjour.

Q. Can I copy the videos to my Mac/PC?

A. Yes, the app is set up file file sharing

Steps to extract the videos from the app direct to your mac/pc are below:

1. Connect your iPad/iPhone to your PC/Mac, open iTunes and sync it (this will probably happen automatically).
2. In iTunes select the iPad/iPhone , then go to the apps tab.
3. Scroll to the file sharing section (at the bottom of screen) and select swingplane from the list.
4. Select the folder you want to save the videos to on your computer.
5. Sync the device again (new videos will be copied to your PC/Mac each time you sync, and any that exist will be exported).

Please note, you will only be able to send the video and not the shapes.

Q. I already paid for the videos, why do I have to pay for them again?

A. If you purchased a new apple device and restored from an iCloud backup, or had to restore after an iOS upgrade then you will have to download the videos again (Gary Smith apps and SwingPlane pro videos). You will not have to pay for them again though as apple hold a record of your purchases so provided you use the same iTunes account you did when you first purchased them you will not be charged. You will get a conformation of this when you select to “purchase” them again.

Apple force apps that have downloadable content to download again in the event of a restore to save space in the iCloud account.
