It is annoying when your Outlook asks for password often. It breaks the flow of work. One of the best solutions of it is to keep the Outlook remember your every email account’s password. A few simple steps are required to follow.
Steps to Follow
- Open Outlook.
- Choose Tools and in the drop down section select Account Settings
- Visit the Email-Tab to highlight your desired emails that you want to stop asking for password in Outlook.
- Set Outlook to remember the password of each email one by one. (It takes time but once it is done you will be able to use your Outlook without interrupting passwords.
- Press Change
- Ensure that the remembered password is checked under Logon Information.
- Under Password type the email password.
- In case, your outgoing mail server needs a different password, visit the Outgoing Server tab (SMTP).
- Carefully check the password under SMTP.
- Type the SMTP Server’s User Name and Password under User Name and Password setting, click the OK button and then Next
- At last, the Finish button.
